Job description
- Provides excellent customer service and ensures an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer
- Processes requests to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Responds to and handles customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone, email and in person.
- Answers incoming emails and phone calls regarding part requests
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Source and order parts from OE Manufacturer and suppliers
- Maintain detailed records of parts transactions
- Organize and label parts storage areas
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving department and assist internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous Parts Specialist experience would be an asset
- Ability to read parts schematics and diagrams
- Excellent customer service and support (Internal and External)
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organized
- Time management and task prioritization
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location: Moncton
