Job description

  • Provides excellent customer service and ensures an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer
  • Processes requests to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Responds to and handles customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone, email and in person.
  • Answers incoming emails and phone calls regarding part requests
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Source and order parts from OE Manufacturer and suppliers
  • Maintain detailed records of parts transactions
  • Organize and label parts storage areas
  • Coordinate with shipping/receiving department and assist internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies

Qualifications and requirements

  • Previous Parts Specialist experience would be an asset
  • Ability to read parts schematics and diagrams
  • Excellent customer service and support (Internal and External)
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Time management and task prioritization

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Etobicoke
